Huntpal - Cancellation Policy

At Huntpal, we value our clients and aim to provide fair and flexible booking options. Please review our updated cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Period:

• Clients may cancel their hunting package reservation free of charge within 7 days of making a booking for a full refund of all payments made to Huntpal to date.
• However, cancellations made after 7 days of booking your hunting trip will incur cancellation charges, equal to the total amount of the instalments paid to the date of cancelation. In other words, the closer to the date of your trip that you cancel the more it will cost you. Rather reschedule for free, if for some reason your dates don’t work out anymore.

2. Rescheduling:

• Clients who wish to reschedule their hunting trip may do so for free on a once off basis, subject to availability and within the following conditions:
• All rescheduling requests must be received at least 60 days before the trip commences.
• Rescheduled trips will be subject to available future dates that Huntpal has available.

3. No-Shows:

• Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled hunting trip without prior notice will forfeit all payments made and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

4. Weather and Safety:

• In cases where safety concerns or adverse weather conditions arise and force the cancellation of a hunting trip, Huntpal will make every effort to reschedule the trip at no additional cost to the client, subject to availability.
